After you watch and listen you need to think about what you have seen and heard. You need to tell other people about your work. You need to discuss what has happened.

You need to work together to decide if anything has changed. You need to decide if good things have happened. You need to:

• ask yourself what you think
• ask what other people think
• decide if things did get better
• decide if there are more things to do.

After thinking and discussing you need to change your plan.
