Do things you enjoy

‘Have fun and do things you really enjoy.’

Make sure you have fun doing things you really like. Listening to music can be relaxing or cheer you up when you’re sad. You can also compose your own music! Dancing is another hobby that can make you feel good – whether you are out dancing with your friends or around the house!

Some people enjoy making models of aeroplanes and others like to collect things such as football cards.

Why not treat yourself to new clothes or get a new haircut? It will make you feel great and will boost your confidence. After all, you’re worth it!
