Get in touch with your feelings

Young adult stood in a corridor

‘It’s good to get your feelings out.’

How are you feeling now? Maybe tired? Bored? Not sure what’s going to happen next – so maybe anxious or excited?

Try to pay attention to how you feel and, if you’re feeling down, you don’t have to struggle on your own. There is always someone who can help. Telling someone how you feel can make your worries seem less scary. And it’s good to let your feelings out so they don’t build up.
